When you realize nothing exists outside the present moment, all your attention comes back to you and you can call back your feelings from anxiety or depression. There’s this famous quote that is “this to shall pass”

What does this quote mean to you?

To me it means to cherish each moment because it’s finite and to understand that with each moment, situation, or emotion it is fleeting so to be present. God is the present, the creation, the created, the process, the all. When you are present and not chasing a moment of the past or future I found those were the moments I connected most with God and my immortality.
